Yes and No

Are you spending your time intentionally?

We've talked before about balance in life, how in order to be truly successful in one area you must neglect another. And this is still true on that macro level; dedicating a lot of focus into work means you may not spend time with your family.

But this is also true on a micro level, on the individual decisions you make in a day.

Saying "yes" to coffee with one friend means saying "no" to coffee with someone else. You can't physically exist in multiple places simultaneously. Saying "yes" to watching TV means saying "no" to reading a book, or being creative.

Are you spending your time intentionally? Will you look back at the time you've spent and think "this was worth it"? Or will you feel like you wasted your time?
